That would not have been so bad but they were too greedy. They could have easily called it a night and gave away a lot of freebies until the system came back up.which was about 4 hours later. I don't blame them for the shutdown of the system because stuff happens, but I do blame them for their lackluster response in an effort to maximize profit. They could have allowed us to earn double the rewards if we kept playing anyway but they did nothing! Everyone who was there should consider not returning. This showed me they care very little for the customer that's paying for all the lights and action.
Instead of just opening up the buffet to complimentary meals they should made all establishments complimentary as this shutdown was unprecedented but they didn't want to give up a damn dime. How hard would it have been to give a handful of employees $2000 and have them go up and down, I'm sure patrons would have given up their coin change to avoid that line. Louis Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular. The lines were ridiculous! They did not dispatch anyone with cash to pay people in line to help things out. There’s a concert and parade during the day, and the fireworks start at 10:30 p.m. No one warned me before I put my $100 bill in the machine that I could not use the tickets and only the cashier could cash them.
This time it was the poorest experience ever. I went back to the casino after a pleasant trip earlier in the month.
